Meet Barbara

Hello, I’m Barbara, Bestselling Author, Speaker, and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Thank you for visiting my page.
For the past few years, I have been helping women live authentically through positive lifestyle changes in their diet and in everyday life. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in primary relationships, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. This means that I look at how all areas of life are connected.
I specialize in Relationship Coaching, helping women learn how to have healthy relationships with the people and food they love. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve your relationships, or just looking to put the focus back on YOU, I will work with you through positive reinforcement, self-help guidance, and encouragement.

When it comes to nutrition, my approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I will work with you to create a flexible program that is fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your relationship and health goals in areas that are customized to your particular needs and lifestyle. We are all bio-individuals, one diet does not fit all.
During our sessions, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for your individual needs. You will learn how to implement lasting changes that will improve your relationships, energy, balance, and health.
